Join the most enchanting and magical workout club ever – the Disney Princess Workout Adventure Club! This exciting, high-energy class is inspired by all your favorite Disney Princess movies. Get ready to embark on a fitness journey with Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, Moana, Elsa, Tiana and all the beloved princesses! Each week, we’ll dive into a new theme from the Disney Princess universe, combining elements of fitness, fun, and creativity. Here’s what to expect: -5-10 minutes of socialization -Warm-up (safety first!) -Themed mission/workout, REAL exercises -Music and Dance (Ballet, Hip Hop, Zumba Inspired) -Videos, Games, Adventure -Run, jump, play, dance, imagine, share, learn real exercises, LAUGH, play games, make friends! This class combines dance and physical activity with the enchanting themes of your child's favorite Disney Princess movies, promoting health, creativity, and imagination. Learners will enjoy an engaging warm-up with music, adventure based exercises, Zumba-inspired dance, exciting games, and a relaxing cool-down. Each week is a new adventure! Workouts will include: (BASED ON LEARNER INPUT! NO SET SCHEDULE!) Ariel’s Underwater Adventure Get ready for some underwater fun! This week, we’ll incorporate aquatic-inspired exercises and games that mimic Ariel's adventures under the sea. Expect lots of laughs and tons of movement! Mulan’s Warrior Training Channel your inner warrior with energetic martial arts-inspired workouts. This week is all about having a blast while learning some awesome moves that will get your heart pumping! Rapunzel’s Tower Climb Prepare for an adventure-packed workout as we reenact Rapunzel's escape from the tower. Run, jump, and dodge your way through fun obstacle courses! Elsa’s Ice Kingdom Training Join the ranks of Elsa's ice kingdom with specialized fitness training. Learn ice-skating moves and strength-building exercises to keep you in top shape for any magical mission! Jasmine’s Magic Carpet Ride Take on the magical vibes and dynamic workout routines inspired by Jasmine's adventures on her magic carpet! Moana’s Island Adventure Join Moana on a virtual island adventure. We'll incorporate beach-themed workouts and games that bring the fun of an island getaway right to your home! Tiana’s Jazzercise Get moving with Tiana's jazz-inspired dance workout. Jump, dance, and train like you're in the heart of New Orleans with these lively exercises! AND MORE! Perfect for kids who love Disney Princesses and want to stay active and healthy. Exercises, games, and challenges inspired by the movies, what could be more fun?! No prior experience or supplies are needed – just bring your energy, enthusiasm, water, a small space, a big smile, and your princess crown! 👑🎉💪
Learning Goals
Through our activities, children can improve their gross motor skills, including strength, balance, and coordination. Combining exercise/dance moves with songs to make movement enjoyable for children, helping them build stamina, strength, and flexibility.
We also focus on important developmental skills like leadership, teamwork, and confidence.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is suggested just to make sure your child is staying hydrated and resting when needed. But don't worry we always warm up and take plenty of group water and breathing breaks! We will use these rest times to get to know one another and play interactive games.
