Class Experience

Join our ongoing class each week for an exciting and interactive virtual PE class. Designed for children aged 9-12, this online physical education class is perfect for kids who want to stay active, improve their fitness, and develop essential movement skills from the comfort of their home. Our engaging class includes cardio exercises, strength training, flexibility routines, and fun interactive fitness games. With a focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle, this PE class helps children enhance their cardiovascular health, strength, and coordination while having fun and making new friends. Keep your kids moving and motivated!

In this 30-minute class, students will participate in a variety of activities that include:

Warm-Up Exercises: We'll start with a series of fun and easy warm-up routines to get our muscles ready and our hearts pumping.

Cardio Challenges: Through games and interactive activities, we'll elevate our heart rates and build endurance.

Skill Development: We'll focus on developing fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching through a variety of fun exercises and drills.

Interactive Fitness Games: We'll engage in fitness games and activities that encourage movement, creativity, and fun.

Cool Down & Relaxation: We'll finish with a cool-down session that includes gentle stretching and relaxation techniques to help students unwind.


Weekly Focus for Fundamental Movement Skills:
Week of July 1-Speed and Agility (Ladder Drills, Sprints in Place)
Week of July 8-Jumping Skills (Squat Jumps, Broad Jumps)
Week of July 15-Balance and Coordination (Single-Leg Stands, Dynamic Balancing)
Week of July 22-Throwing Accuracy (Target Practice with Soft Balls or Rolled Socks)
