In this course, students will embark on a holistic journey that tailors fitness to their unique needs. No prior fitness work of any kind is required! We can start at 0 or 100 based on where you are at! Everything will be explained and questions are welcome through the entire training. Here's the class breakdown: We'll dive deep into weightlifting, helping students perfect their techniques, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals. Cardio workouts will elevate heart rates and increase endurance, ensuring a comprehensive fitness regimen. Nutrition basics (function of fats, protein, and carbs) will empower students to make informed dietary choices that complement their training. Every participant will receive a personalized fitness plan, adapting exercises and cardio to their specific needs and aspirations. This class is all about customization, intensity, and enjoyment. Expect a dynamic and motivating atmosphere where each participant's progress is celebrated. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to embrace this transformative fitness journey. Parental Guidance
Students will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and I will lead adequate stretching beforehand. With physical workouts injuries can occur if students are not properly supervised. I will do my part in teaching stretching and proper form.
