US Grade 4 - 7
This is the first part in a series of classes that will help with teaching the basics of parts of speech. This class will focus on conjunctions and interjections. To help with learning and to pique the learners' interest, I will use one of my favorite cartoons SpongeBob SquarePants in this course! Conjunctions and interjections are important for dialogue and episodes of cartoons, especially one as wild and unpredictable as our favorite undersea friend! Included will be quotes, video clips, and examples from various characters and scenes. Students will be able to fill in the blanks and circle correct answers via Zoom's technology in different exercises.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about conjunctions and interjections, with pictures, quotes, video clips, true/false questions, and fill-in-the-blanks exercises.
