It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is one of the annual Halloween programs that airs on television, and one of the several holiday-related Charlie Brown specials. It has been on network TV for decades, reaching many different generations of fans. This cartoon can also be a useful tool for helping young learners with grammar, namely with learning pronouns and prepositions. There are several examples of pronouns and prepositions used in the program through dialogue, characters, items, and places. This class will help students to further learn and understand various types of these two parts of speech, and also have some holiday fun while doing it!
Learning Goals
Students will learn and practice the basics of pronouns and prepositions, with fill in the blanks and multiple-choice questions, as well as text, pictures, video, and audio.
