Each week, we will dive into the art of plant-based cooking and follow 1-2 recipes that will tantalize your taste buds. Get ready to be amazed as we create incredible dishes that are so delicious, you won't believe they're vegan! 

From scrumptious appetizers to hearty main courses and delectable desserts, we will cover a wide range of culinary delights. This class is open to everyone, regardless of dietary preferences. Previous cooking experience will be an asset but is not mandatory. All recipes and instructions will be provided.

Are you a picky eater and feeling a bit worried about some of these recipes? Have no fear! I grew up being an EXTREMELY picky eater, and since switching to plant-based foods, I've been forced to try foods outside of my comfort zone, only to realize there's some really amazing dishes out there! I'm now much less picky, but I still have a bit of picky-ness in me. All of the recipes we'll be cooking are great for even the pickiest of eaters, as substitutions can be made to ensure everyone is eating something they'll truly LOVE!

Cooking utensils/appliances, ingredients, and preparation instructions will be sent to parents at least 48 hours before the start of class.

Parental Guidance
Please note that throughout the class, students will be working with knives, hot elements, and stoves. We kindly request that a parent or guardian provide close supervision and guidance to ensure their safety. It is important for an adult to be present to assist with any potentially hazardous tasks and to oversee the proper use of kitchen equipment.
Supply List
Learners will require different supplies for each recipe, all ingredient lists and kitchen utensils will be outlined at least 48-hours before the start of class.

Generally, we will be using knives, frying pans, stoves, ovens, and blenders in class. 

All recipes are designed to be affordable, simple, and accessible for all learners.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
