I hold a Level 5 qualification in Sports and Leisure Management, where I completed in-depth modules focused on Sports Coaching and Nutrition. This qualification provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of guiding young learners in topics related to health, fitness, and wellness. Furthermore, I have over five years of experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Sports, specifically delivering units on Sports Nutrition and Sports Coaching.
In my teaching role, I’ve helped teens understand complex concepts in nutrition, training, and wellness by breaking them down into accessible, engaging lessons. I am dedicated to creating a supportive, motivating environment that encourages teens to make positive choices for their physical and mental well-being. This blend of formal education, specialized knowledge, and practical teaching experience enables me to effectively guide teens in building a foundation of healthy habits they can carry into adulthood.
