The workshop provides practical strategies that students can immediately apply to their daily routines, helping them achieve academic success while benefiting from the interaction and support of their peers. Class Experience: This course is designed to create a positive and engaging learning environment where teens can work together to develop better study habits. The class is structured around weekly sessions, each focusing on a specific skill or strategy that contributes to effective studying and organization. Students will participate in group discussions, interactive activities, and reflective exercises, all aimed at reinforcing the skills being taught. How is your class structured? The course is divided into 16 weekly sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of study skills and organization. Each session includes a combination of instruction, group activities, and discussions, allowing students to learn and practice new skills together. The course builds progressively, with each week’s lesson building on the previous one, ensuring that students develop a strong foundation in study habits. How will you teach? Interactive and Engaging: The teaching style is highly interactive, with a focus on group participation. Lessons are designed to be practical and relatable, with real-world examples and activities. Collaborative Learning: Students will work together in small groups, engaging in discussions, problem-solving activities, and peer feedback. My teaching style is supportive, student-centred, and focused on practical application.
