Dungeons & Dragons: Multiclassing Like a Pro!

My style of teaching brings a tremendous amount of passion and excitement, as this is one of the most enjoyable things I have ever done.  The pace will be upbeat, but on target with the needs of the class.  I offer a lot of talking points and instruction using a discussion and lecture-style experience with additional visual aids.  Critical and creative thinking are encouraged and reinforced in this class.  Questions are always welcome and I will always remain available for questions until they have all been answered.  We won't play a formal game here, but I enjoy using brief narratives and examples of combat or game situations to illustrate the character's abilities.

In this class, the learner will discover the benefits of multiclassing to create more powerful and dynamic characters.  We will learn how to best combine the ability scores, class features, and racial traits to synergize into a more effective combination.  We will sort through some of the rules and complexities of how different classes overlap to make better use of their features and abilities.  We will also talk about what roles different combinations can fill for the party and how they may play out in-game.  Ultimately, the learner will come out with a greater understanding of how the game rules can be used to create and employ a more powerful, useful, and entertaining character.
