"My main goal for you is to protect your voice while giving you the confidence to take your singing to the next level - and from there? - consistently progress. I will help you achieve control and artistry and give you the tools to reach your particular vocal goals. In this Class you will learn the "Katie Agresta" voice technique - Dr. Edward J. Dwyer (of the Teacher's College at Columbia University) originated this vocal training based on in depth scientific research of the relationship between singing and the human anatomy. This training was originally created for the strength, stamina, and technique needed for Broadway and Opera Singers. Together in the 20 years that Katie studied with Dr. Dwyer, they transformed this training to address the many and varied styles of singing in our contemporary musical world. Katie's training serves as a foundation for every singing style backed by 60 years of medical research.
