After 31 years of teaching, I recently retired, and my sports conversations with students during recess and breaks were always what they looked forward to discussing the most. In my sports class, we'll explore a wide range of topics, including stats, nutrition, motivation, and much more. I’ve devoted my life to sports—playing, coaching, collecting baseball and football cards, and living a healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to dive into these topics! **Let’s explore your favorite sports team and dive into the thrilling world of statistics! **We'll examine the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle to enhance sports performance. Are you getting enough sleep, eating nutritious foods, and staying active? **Another vital aspect of sports is motivation. I have a ton of motivational quotes and clips that we can analyze together. **I've coached basketball at every level, from young kids to high school. Let’s explore how we can enhance your game! There are many topics to cover, including proper mechanics, a positive mindset, and other ways to contribute to your team's success. We can customize this class to fit your child's interests. After 31 years of classroom teaching, I'm thrilled to embark on my next adventure—tutoring on Outschool! While I cherished my time in the classroom, my experiences with small group and one-on-one tutoring have highlighted the unique benefits of personalized instruction.
