US Grade Kindergarten - 2
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up, where I will guide your child through light movements and stretches to safely prepare their muscles and joints for exercise. We prioritize safety first, ensuring that all stretches and exercises are performed with proper form. Next, I’ll demonstrate and perform a variety of bodyweight exercises designed to target both the upper and lower body. These exercises, which may include squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and core work, are tailored to each age group’s ability level and focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance without the need for weights or equipment. Throughout the session, I provide clear instructions and encouragement to help your child master each movement. The class progresses at a pace that allows every student to improve their skills and fitness over time, with opportunities to challenge themselves as they grow stronger. Our sessions conclude with a cool-down, incorporating gentle stretches to promote recovery and prevent injury. This class is not just about physical activity—it’s about creating a space where your child can develop self-confidence, discover their potential, and learn the value of persistence and healthy habits. Every class is a step forward, helping your child feel stronger, healthier, and more accomplished!"

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is suggested just to make sure your child is staying hydrated and resting when needed. But don't worry! We will take plenty of water and breathing breaks! Open Space should be available.
