Class experience
Join me for this no-bake baking class to learn how to create tasty desserts and snacks to share with your friends and family. We will change up the recipes each week so that learners are constantly trying something new and have the chance to use a variety of ingredients. We will begin each class with introductions, to ensure that everyone gets to know one another, followed by the class rules and expectations. We will then check to ensure that each learner has the right equipment and tools...
Learners will learn to follow a recipe step by step.
Homework Offered
Learners will need to measure out their ingredients before class. Recipes may not always be completed in the 30 minute live class session. Sometimes the recipes will need extra time in the fridge, freezer or on the counter to set. Learners are encouraged to help to clean up their baking space after class.Assessments Offered
Grades Offered
A PDF will be provided in advance to allow for preparation to help your tiny learner before the class starts. This PDF will be provided 5-7 days in advance. This will ensure you have plenty of time to prepare. We will be cooking a variety of recipes and they will need a range of kitchen equipment, frequently used items include - mixing bowls, measuring cups, spoons.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
When you enroll in this class, you accept full responsibility for your learner's safety. It is essential that a responsible adult is in the same room as the learner (Outschool policy is that adults must remain off camera) and ready to step in to help if necessary. Some recipes will require the use of a microwave to melt or heat ingredients. Adult supervision of the microwave and hot ingredients is essential. Our tiny learners will need your assistance. Please ensure your learner has short sleeves, long hair tied back and is wearing clothes that can be washed easily. Please ensure you check all your ingredients for possible allergens. Recipes can be adapted.
