In this 3-part live class, students with bake sugar cookies from scratch and decorate them with royal icing.
Class experience
In this three-day course, students will learn how to bake and decorate their own delicious and beautiful sugar cookies. They will be picture-perfect! In this interactive class, we will first make a sugar cookie dough from scratch using basic baking ingredients. Then we will roll out our dough and let it chill in the freezer over night. Then we will cut out our sugar cookies and bake them. Students may use any shape cookie cutter that they want. I suggest simple shapes like circles or...
Homework Offered
On the third day, we might not have enough time for all of the sugar cookies to be decorated. You can continue on your own to finish decorating all the cookies. If you want to write a message on the cookie, you will have to wait for the icing to dry first.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

In this class, students will be using various equipment in the kitchen. It will include use of an electric mixer and oven. The recipe that we will use include many allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs). Wheat allergies can be accommodated for.
