Come join me for this one time baking class and we will make some deliciously spooky cookies with a twist!
Class experience
If you like chocolate, baking and Halloween, this is a great class for you! We will be making some super spooky chocolate cookies with some extra yummy ingredients to make them even better! In this class we will start with introductions, maybe talk about some of our favorite things to do in the fall and for Halloween, and then review the materials needed for class. For this class, learners will need a mixer or bowl and spoon to mix with and access to an oven. They will also need at least one baking sheet, parchment paper (cooking spray will work, but parchment paper is better), shortening, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, white chocolate chips, M&Ms (preferably Halloween themed) and black food coloring (optional). The full recipe will be provided approximately 4 hours before class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
* Students will need to use an oven. Supervision is required at the parents’ discretion. * Please be mindful of any potential allergens in the recipe. If you have any questions regarding substitutions, please send me a message and I will respond within 24 hours.
