Description

Class Experience

This class is a great way to actively stretch and improve on your flexibility! 
Learners will need: A yoga mat, blanket, or a towel to practice on. Water Bottle. Comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This is a physical fitness class that requires movement and full participation. Students should be able and willing to stretch and move their bodies. 
Students should be in a space they have room to move around, at least the size of their mat or towel. 
This is a beginner stretching course that may cause students to be sore from learning different types of stretches.
