This ongoing class will provide students with basic and intermediate stretches to improve their flexibility.

Class Experience

Recommend having a yoga block or pillow/cushion and either a yoga strap or towel to modify stretches. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents/guardians are asked to ensure students have water and adequate floor space to move without hitting anything.
