Stretching and Flexibility
Class experience
This ongoing class will provide students with various exercises to improve their flexibility. The class will begin with a brief warm up and transition into various dynamic and static stretches. We will mainly focus on stretching our hamstrings and hips in preparation for working our splits. Students do not need prior experience to attend this class. Recommend having a yoga block or pillow/cushion and either a yoga strap or towel to modify stretches.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents/guardians are asked to ensure students have water and adequate floor space to move without hitting anything.
