Intermediate - Advanced Level
This is a fun and challenging ongoing workout class for athletes: dancers, ice skaters, gymnasts, runners, soccer and volleyball players. You may join any week, all workouts are unique and have a weekly focus as noted below. The themes continue to rotate each week. Every learner will be challenge at their level, as I will provide modifications for individual athletes as they need. The teacher for this class is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. She has taught and performed dance for over 10 years and has a BA in dance. She hasmany years of experience helping young atheletes reach their goals in tennis, dance, soccer, diving, horseback riding and more.
Mat and water bottle If you have bands bring them we may use them some weeks
Students need a mat, plenty of floor space and a water bottle to hydrate. This class is designed for advanced dancers, but will be modified as need for student's abilities. The instructor will provide a warm up at the beginning of class.
