Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
1. Improve strength and flexibility
2. Have fun!
The teacher for this class is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. She has taught and performed dance for over 10 years and has a BA in dance. 
Mat and water bottle If you have bands bring them we may use them some weeks
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students need a mat, plenty of floor space and a water bottle to hydrate. This class is designed for advanced dancers, but will be modified as need for student's abilities. The instructor will provide a warm up at the beginning of class.
