In this interactive one-day workshop, students will gain a better understanding of stress and learn valuable skills to manage it effectively. We’ll start by defining two types of stress—eustress, which can motivate us, and negative stress, distress; which can feel overwhelming. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, students will explore stress management techniques and simple relaxation exercises. They’ll have a chance to practice these skills and think about how to apply them in their own lives. This supportive workshop is designed to help tweens and teens feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
