In this 4 week course students will learn 4 different facets of autumn. We will explore and engage fine motor skills completing a fun weekly craft that coordinates with our lesson.
Class experience
This is a flexible schedule class. Although we will not meet live, this class has interactive weekly lessons and the teacher is available for questions and comments and to oversee student's weekly work. Each week there will be a video lesson conducted by the teacher. There will be a fun, interactive Nearpod lesson where students can share drawings on a collaborate board. Students will improve their understanding of various aspects of autumn. They will explore materials and engage fine motor skills creating a weekly craft. Creativity is sparked as children are encouraged to express themselves in their craftwork.
I love nature, the changing seasons and expressing myself creatively. Sharing my interests with children gives me great joy!
The following will be needed for the weekly crafts: Week One: Printable from Classroom Crayons in various fall colors; green, yellow, orange, red, purple Glue Scissors Week Two: One empty toilet paper roll Small paper plate Green paint Red pom poms or red tissue paper Glue Scissors Week Three: One paper Plate One brown piece of paper Green paper Red paper Yellow paper Glue Scissors Week Four: One paper lunch bag Yellow yarn Printable from classroom Black crayon or marker Orange crayon or marker Scissors Glue
