Class Experience

Welcome to Crafty Kids Clubhouse with Ms. Abby!

In this fantastic class, we'll meet every week for 40 minutes to delve into the world of art. We'll create amazing art projects based on different themes each time!

One week, we'll have a blast drawing, and the next, we'll get crafty making cool stuff.

The most important thing in this class is having fun and being creative, without worrying about being perfect! We want everyone to enjoy crafts and art.

To join in the fun, make sure you have the supplies listed under the 'Supply List'. If you need to swap some items, that's okay!

Greenery for the wreath around the neck (real or artificial).

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello, and welcome to my class! I'm Abby. I have over 30 years experience working with children ages 2-16. For many years, I was the co-owner, director of instruction, and lead teacher for J & A Daycare Center. I also have many years of experience caring for and teaching children through nannying and private home daycare, including children on the autism spectrum. (I have such a heart for children with special needs!) For the past five years, it has been my joy to homeschool my 20-year-old daughter. It is exciting to see her thriving and enjoying learning!  

My teaching style is warm, creative, and fun. I am passionate about teaching young children! I love to encourage children and make sure they feel welcome. My goal for my classes is for every child to walk away smiling and feeling like they had a good time! 

My husband, daughter and I make our home in Athens, GA.  I enjoy wood painting, coloring, cooking, and crafts. I am so excited to meet and teach your child!
