Join me for a six-week, self-paced engaging and fun course for the intermediate learner where we will dive deeper into nutrition.   We will review the food groups, learn nutrients and how they help our body, learn serving sizes and reading a food label, staying hydrated and the energy formula.  In addition to the content, students will have lots of opportunities for movement breaks.

C O M M U N I C A T I O N:  The exit ticket each week is required to show student learning.  Your student is not expected to communicate with me, but I would be so grateful if they did!  All communication from your child will be met with communication back from me within a couple of school days, but no longer than one week.


P L E A S E  N O T E :

👟I recommend your child be dressed for physical activity when partaking in movement breaks.   
💧Having a water bottle handy would also be beneficial
💪🏻Beginning level nutrition is highly recommended prior to taking this course

PARENT SUMMARY Join me for a six-week, self-paced engaging and fun course for the intermediate learner where we will dive deep into the world of nutrition. We will learn nutrients and how they help the body, daily serving sizes, how to read a food label, healthy hydration and energy formula. In addition to the content, students will have lots of opportunities for movement breaks. 🚨 NOTE: Students have the option to partake in brain break/exercise videos. Nothing is needed except space to move, a water bottle and a smile!
