DESCRIPTION
🌟 Join us for an engaging self-paced class where students will have the opportunity to move, exercise and have lots of fun!

❗️NOTE: All lessons are pre-recorded with no live sessions. 
❓Is your child looking for some movement opportunities?
❓Does your child like to move in a variety of ways?

This is a super simple, self-paced course to keep kids moving!  Lots of fun learning and movement opportunities to keep learners engaged and happy.

👟I recommend your child be dressed for physical activity when partaking in movement breaks.

This class is designed to meet a variety of learning needs. Audio, visual and movement lesson and activities will be utilized.
Parental Guidance
🚨 NOTE: Students have the option to partake in brain break/exercise videos. Nothing is needed except space to move, a water bottle and a smile!
Pre-Requisites
No prerequisites or requirements needed for this beginning level course on health and fitness.

I am a Health and Fitness specialist, who has taught nearly twenty years at the elementary levels.  I genuinely love working with students and helping them learn about their own health, fitness and well-being.  I have a degree in education with a masters in physical education.
