How is your class structured?

Each week consists of 2 lessons, lasting 45 minutes, with a mix of lectures, discussions, and interactive activities. Students will engage in class discussions, trivia questions, and hands-on activities such as designing nutrition plans or analyzing athlete case studies. The class will be delivered using Canva, with clear visuals and slides to enhance learning. Students will be provided with Google Drive links after each class, where they will find lesson notes, worksheets, and links to videos for further exploration.

How will you teach?

I will utilize a blend of lectures, interactive discussions, and multimedia content such as video clips and trivia games to engage students. Each lesson will incorporate various teaching tools, including slides, real-life case studies, and hands-on activities, making learning both interactive and practical. Students will have access to additional resources like YouTube videos to deepen their understanding of the topics discussed. Regular assessments, including multiple-choice questions and worksheets, will be provided to test knowledge and encourage active participation.

This course is ideal for students interested in sports, health, or performance optimization. They will learn valuable knowledge about how their bodies work, how to improve athletic performance, and how to incorporate mental strategies for success both in sports and life. This is not just a science class—it’s a practical, hands-on learning experience that prepares students for real-life athletic challenges.

How much will learners get to interact with you?

Students will have ample opportunities to interact with me during lectures, class discussions, and Q&A sessions. I encourage active participation through trivia games, group discussions, and problem-solving activities. I am committed to providing personalized feedback, and students will receive midterm and final reports, which will be shared with parents to track progress. Outside of class, students can reach out for additional support or clarification via email or during office hours.

This course is designed to be interactive, informative, and fun—preparing students for future academic and athletic success.
