Enjoy the Spring price cut! In this class you will find a step-by-step guide on how to use positive visualization techniques to refocus and calm ourselves down. We will work on teaching your child to journal their feelings. By writing, drawing and following the steps in this book, it helps children learn to refocus before they have outbursts, raise their voices or say things they should not be saying. Using visualization techniques takes practice and that is exactly what we are going to learn. I give many different ideas, situations and techniques because I know what will work for one child, may not work for another.
