Class experience
In this class we'll talk about what confidence is and how to develop your confidence. This class will meet 1 time per week over 6 weeks for an immersive experience with time to practice the principles as we go. This will help create a better understanding and embodiment of confidence. Students will be asked to think about ways they use confidence in their own lives, ways they see others use confidence, what they think confidence is, and what they need more confidence to do in their lives. ...
Students will learn what confidence is and how to build more of it in their lives. They will learn how to take smart risks. They will learn how the difference between damaging relationships and supportive relationships. They will learn how powerful their own thoughts can be in their lives. They will learn how to confidently show the world who they are.
I teach personal growth classes to people of all ages. It's been through my own journey of finding my self-love and self-worth inside that I've cultivated more confidence in my life. I've enjoyed brining these teachings to a younger audience over the last couple of years.
Homework Offered
There will be no specific homework. Outside work will consist of noticing things in their lives, paying attention to their thoughts, taking small smart risks, etc.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
