Beginner Level
I will lead your learner through a 26 minute full body, circuit style, workout that doesn't need any weights. Just make sure your learner has a towel or mat, a sturdy bench or chair, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

During this fun workout, I will teach a series of exercises to get your learner's muscles pumping and elevate their heart rate for cardio. Your learner will learn lots of bodyweight exercises, stretches, and fitness knowledge. Plus, my guest will help show modifications for each exercise to give options for your learner to choose which will suit them best!

This is a workout for your learner and parental supervision is advised for safety. Please get medical advice and clearance from your learner's Doctor.
Supply List
A towel or yoga mat and a bench or sturdy chair. A bottle of water to stay hydrated during workout.

I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor through NASM & AFAA. I bring over 20 years of experience in fitness, health, and wellness. I am a retired Ballet dancer with almost 15 years of experience dancing and using related nutrition and fitness. I also went through training for firefighting for 2 years. I was an amateur boxer for 3 years. I'm a homeschool parent and teacher, too! I have experience with teaching children through local school districts, as well as neighborhood children and fellow homeschool families' children.
