In this course we will learn how to use our breath to create a calm nervous system.

Class experience

Students will have an understanding of how the Autonomic Nervous System operates. 
Students will understand how their breath changes during times of stress versus times of relaxation. 
Students will learn breathing techniques to help them return to a more balanced and relaxed state. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
