課堂經歷
In this 1-1 class, the learner will learn tools to help increase his/her self-esteem and self-confidence. He/she will learn how to transform negative into positive self-talk and how to use daily mirror talk to create love for themselves and others. Then the learner will be guided to honor his/her uniqueness and love who he/she is through discussion, drawing, writing, and meditation. During the class, I will focus on the idea that when we nurture our self-care and honor our whole self, we help the world around us. Building Self-Esteem with Positive Affirmations and Visualization would be a great class to take before or after this class. ** Please note that I cannot accommodate last-minute (within 3 hours) refunds.
