This 1:1 Private Tutoring class is individualized according to your learner's needs.
 (***I recommend taking my one-time class, Getting to Know You /Initial Assessment prior to this class. It will help me get to know your student and to identify the skill area(s) where instruction needs to be focused.) I welcome parent input when deciding which skills students need to work on.   Once a focus is identified, I will use a variety of strategies to help your student increase their skills and confidence in order to be a successful reader! Here are some skill areas we can work on:

Children learn best when they feel safe and have fun. I strive to be sure both of those are true of my classes. I teach with Slide Presentations, games, and interactive activities. Most importantly, I work with the student where they to help them grow into confident readers.
