Beginner Level
This is a 35 minute class for beginner readers. The class begins by assessing where each child is with their knowledge of sounds and their letter symbol. From here we will review and learn new sounds. Children learn best in repetition of threes, meaning I'll teach three letters per lesson and review all sounds at the end. My course will continue into focusing on short vowel words one vowel a week. This method will help with mastering their sounds and confidence within themselves. My course will also be an introduction on learning the proper formation of letter writing and fine motor skills.

16 Lessons
over 8 WeeksLesson 1:
Introduction
The first lesson is going to be an assessment of where each child is in their reading and spelling journey. The assessment is called the "Sound Game." This will allow me to see where we can go individually as a class. 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Introduce New Sounds
This lesson will be focused on introducing new sounds and motion/tactile letter formation. 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Review of Sounds and New Sounds
The lesson will begin by reviewing the sounds learned in lesson 2. New sounds will be introduced with letter formation. 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Fine Motor Skill with Sounds
This lesson is focused on developing the children's fine motor skills to strengthen their hand writing. Sounds will be reviewed. 35 mins online live lesson

This class is intentionally designed to support learning needs such as ADHD, Dyslexia and dysgraphia.
