I fell in love with yoga years ago and decided to pursue my love of stretching and relaxation techniques by becoming a certified kids yoga instructor. I'm currently pursuing my 500-HR teacher training for Yoga Alliance, and I'm excited to share with your child how fun yoga can be and the many benefits it can offer!
Students will need water, space to move, and bare feet. A yoga mat is recommended. Students are welcome to bring blocks and straps as well if they have them.
Children are required to have water and be in an open area where they can move freely without knocking into anyone or anything. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised. Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional. You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. By purchasing this class you understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating.
