She holds the highest qualifications from Yoga Alliance (which certifies high standards of Yoga teachings worldwide, being Lead Teacher Trainer); is a Yoga Therapist; and a college professor of Yoga and Meditation, having taught Yoga as a humanities class and as a Body & Mind discipline.

For the theory part of the class, Learner may want to have a notebook & pen to take any notes if desired. For the Yoga intro. practice part of the class, Learner may do so while sitting on a chair, ideally a chair without arms, and/or a Yoga mat.
