Important Notes:  
All of my classes are inclusive.   
Classes are suitable for the neurodiverse child. 
CEFR:  all levels. 
Class may be repeated as frequently as needed and class program will be personalized to meet Learner's current needs.  
Parent may request for class to be taught in Spanish. 

This balanced 3-part integral class introduces personalized stress management skills in the modality of mindful yogic practices which include the body, mind and heart space, focusing on providing a wholesome practice so Learner may release, relax, revitalize at all levels through poses, breathing control exercises, and meditation. 

Each class begins with a welcome for the student,  a grounding practice through visualizations and foundational breathing, followed by a light physical seated Yoga practice to soothe the body and mind into being still, breathing control exercises selected carefully for your learner, and a peaceful heart meditation; closing with reflections to further learner's understanding of self awareness, self regulation and self growth, that together start creating a most important chest of stress management skills for life.  

The class is taught in an inclusive way, interactive,  and in a serene, caring environment.  

Student will have the opportunity to ask questions following each class experience and receive further clarifications and/or guidance as needed for home practices.  Depending on Learner's Q&A, class may extend for a longer period, so parent is encouraged to allow time after class for such cases.   

There is no previous requirement for the series.  Class may be continuously repeated.

Teacher grew up in Japan where she began becoming familiar with the stillness of Zen, is currently a college professor of Yoga, Humanities & Meditation.  She is a well versed Meditator in both yogic and buddhist meditation techniques, and loves to share these peaceful practices with students of all ages via Outschool, the college, and her private classes.
