In this one-time class we will go on a Fairy adventure learning some yoga poses and learning breathing techniques and learning some positive morals.

During this one-time class children will be taken on a yoga journey along side the story of a fairy that enjoys playing football and being herself as she is happy. Along the way we meet a few creatures that try and persuade the fairy she should behave in a certain way. We will learn how to relax our bodies into different Yoga positions and breathe to calm our bodies and be present in the moment. Over the lesson we will cover 6 yoga poses that flow into each other with the story.
