Class Experience

Join us for a peaceful and creative adventure where tranquility meets self-expression. Each week, we'll start with calming yoga sessions designed to help you unwind, find your inner balance, and center your thoughts. Afterward, we'll express ourselves through creative art projects that allow us to channel our emotions and ideas into beautiful works of art. Together, we'll explore mindfulness practices that promote relaxation, and you'll leave each class feeling refreshed, recharged, and inspired.

No prior experience in yoga or art is necessary—just bring your imagination and a desire to relax and create!

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Ensure your child has a clear, safe area to practice yoga. The space should be free from obstacles and have a soft surface like a yoga mat or carpet to prevent slipping. While the class is designed to be kid-friendly, it's helpful for parents to supervise in case children need assistance with poses or get distracted. Parents should be off-camera and to the side of the video while helping. Make sure your child is wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely during the session. Keep water nearby so your child can stay hydrated, especially if they are practicing in a warm environment.
