In this self-paced course I offer Yoga practices, including asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditations suitable for all levels. Course includes: • Instructional VIDEOS for Yoga poses, related movements & breath work. Poses include Mountain, Crescent Moon, Half Moon and more. For these I offer verbal instruction, visual demonstrations and options for pose modifications. • Multi-page PDF with in-depth pose information, including Sanskrit name of poses. • Guided Meditation Video • option to connect with me via the classroom messaging system for any questions and additional support ***************** My teaching style is informed by my training in Vinyasa Yoga. I believe that Yoga is a dynamic practice that offers many benefits and ways of engaging with the practices. As a Yoga Educator I strive to empower young learners and teens while also helping to expand their understanding of Yoga's roots and many practices. ****************** Learners can expect high quality course materials; in addition to my work as an educator, I have a professional background in video production and graphic design. All of my videos and printable materials are mindfully created to offer experiences that are not only educational, but also beautiful and inspiring.

Parental Guidance
Please provide an open workout space free of any items that could potentially trip or cause the learner to slip. Slip-proof socks or bare feet, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing are suggested for this class. While I will be providing instruction in poses that are suitable for beginner and intermediate students, adult supervision is still recommended.
Supply List
Comfortable clothes, bare feet or slip-proof socks, and space to safely move around on the floor. Use a Yoga mat if you have one, but if not just find an area where you have enough room on the floor to lie down with your arms and legs fully extended. I don't recommend using towels or blankets to replace a Yoga mat, as they can cause you to trip or slip.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
