Emotions can be so tricky, can't they? It's difficult for young children to understand emotions and to identify emotions that others are experiencing. In this class, we will take a look at many different emotions. We'll look at pictures of emotions, talk about their experience with the different emotions, practice making the faces of different emotions, and then we'll play a game to help them focus on the body language of others to identify different emotions. This class will be highly interactive and I encourage young learners to be out of their chairs and moving around while learning. This is an in-your-face (or in the camera's face) class where students will have lots of fun! Expect to hear lots of giggles during this class! This class will be taught using a PowerPoint presentation with me sharing my screen. Please note that this is not therapy and we will not be processing any negative emotions in this class. I look forward to seeing your little learner in my class and I can't wait to make lots of funny faces with them! See you soon!
Learning Goals
