In this comprehensive course, students will work on the following second grade skills:

-Counting up to 1000 - Develop a deep understanding of numbers by counting up to 1,000, practicing counting by ones, tens, and hundreds in a variety of fun and interactive ways.

-Comparing numbers up to 1000 - Dive into the world of numbers up to 1,000, learning to compare and order them using greater than, less than, and equal to symbols, all while engaging in exciting activities and games.

-Writing numbers up to 1000 - Improve writing skills as we explore numbers up to 1,000, learning to write them in standard, word, and expanded forms. Students will participate in hands-on activities that reinforce their understanding and ability to express numbers in multiple ways.

-Skip counting - Jump into the rhythm of mathematics by mastering skip counting by 2s, 5s, 10s, and 100s. This crucial skill will pave the way for understanding multiplication and division in future grades.

-Multi digit addition and subtraction - Take on multi-digit addition and subtraction with and without regrouping. Our step-by-step approach ensures that students grasp these essential operations, setting the stage for more advanced math concepts. We will work both with and without regrouping.

-Fractions - Explore the fascinating world of fractions, understanding halves, thirds, and quarters through engaging and relatable examples. Students will learn to identify, compare, and use fractions in real-life contexts and create their own.

-Money - Dive into the practical world of money, identifying coins and bills while applying addition and subtraction skills to real-life scenarios. This section prepares students for financial literacy and practical math applications.

And More! Our course doesn't stop here. We delve into other essential second-grade skills, ensuring students have a well-rounded and thorough understanding of second-grade math concepts.

Each session is filled with interactive lessons, practice activities, and engaging challenges designed to reinforce learning and build confidence.
