US Grade 2 - 6
This 2 part evaluation is offered as a private class for learners who are struggling with any aspect of the reading process. The evaluation is designed assess: * Whether the Lindamood Bell intervention approach would be an appropriate fit for your learner. * Which intervention strategy is needed (Decoding/Spelling or Reading Comprehension) * Which level of intervention is needed based on your learner's strengths & challenges. This evaluation will be broken into two 45 minute sessions and is available only per request.
Learning Goals
Each private evaluation will cover:
* Phonemic awareness
* Sound/letter identification
* Blending a variety of consonant & vowel combinations
* Spelling words and word parts
* Listening comprehension (listening to a short story and answering simple questions).
* Reading comprehension (reading a story and answering simple questions).
This is a functional evaluation and will include a variety of reading activities. It is not a standardized test with scores or percentile ranks.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
