As a special education teacher for 20 years, I have been using the Lindamood Bell techniques for decoding, comprehension, and math. This class will use the "Seeing Stars" program which focuses on decoding skills as well as the "Visual Verbalize" program which focuses on comprehension skills. The Lindamood Bell method combines auditory, visual, and language skills for a comprehensive approach for the struggling learner.
