In this class, students will work together to figure out a mystery word using phonics and spelling skills.

****Your first class is $2 with code LIANGW9J487 This is a weekly class to learn or review phonics skills. Great for 1st grade students learning phonics and great for 2nd graders reviewing skills. Some 3rd grade students may enjoy it too. Each week, students will use pre-selected letters and work together to build 12-15 words made from a bigger mystery word. Students will strengthen their spelling skill and phonics skills.
I am a certified Reading Specialist and early childhood teacher.
Refer to the description for the letters of the week. Write each lowercase letter on a sticky note or paper square. Students will manipulate these to build words during the lesson. Whiteboard and dry erase marker works as well. Letter tiles work.
