Description
Class Experience
Through movement and meditation students will learn yoga poses and mindfulness techniques.
Certified Yoga Teacher 200 hour
Yoga mat or skid free area and enough space for moving.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students should be bare foot and have a yoga mat or other slip proof space such as hardwood floor. Students will be lead through a warm up and cool down. Students should have water. The risk of injury is small and mostly limited to losing balance so students should have a clear area for class in case of fall.
