In this ongoing class, your learner will learn how to manage and even overcome anxiety, by using and practising simple yoga and mindfulness practices.

Class experience

Learners will explore ways to manage anxiety using yoga and mindfulness practices.
As a mental health practitioner and a certified kids yoga teachers, that currently supports the wellbeing of students in schools, I have the understanding and knowledge needed to help students improve their wellbeing through the use of yoga and mindfulness.
Homework Offered
Students will be encouraged to practise the mindful exercises they learn outside of classroom.

Learners will need to wear comfortable clothes and have access to a small space where they can move around if needed and practise some gentle yoga postures.
