Assessment
At the end of each lesson, a 5-10 problem quiz will be available for the student to complete and submit. Feedback will be provided, and I will answer any questions typically within 24 hours.

Class Experience

US Grade 7 - 10
The sum of two numbers is equal to 27.
The difference of those two numbers is equal to 3.
What are the two numbers?

Being able to solve a system of equations can help with solving this problem! If this is a new concept, no worries-I will provide all of the notes and directions to move seamlessly through each lesson. The student will be encouraged to take notes as this will help them complete assignments, and I will respond to any questions that may be posted via messages or in submitted work. The suggested completion time should be within four weeks, but additional time can be extended if needed.

Upon completion of the activities, the student should be able to solve a systems of equations using a variety of methods.
Learning Goals
The objectives of the course will be:

Solving two-step equations; solving systems of equations algebraically
Using linear combinations to solve systems of equations
Solving systems of equations with three variables
learning goal
