In this ongoing class, students will be introduced to the letter sounds. This class meets once a week. Students can join this class at any time. Each week, we will focus on two letter sounds. The classes do not build upon each other. You are welcome to join anytime. **** BACKGROUND **** Letter sounds are a foundational skill that students must master to be great readers. Research shows that it is best practice for students to learn and practice the letter sounds before introducing the letter names. In this class, we will only focus on the letter sounds. This class is perfect for students who ... - Do not know their letter sounds - Are ready to learn the letter sounds **** COURSE OVERVIEW ***** In this course, students will learn their letter sounds.
