During this self-paced class, the learner will be taught how to sew a button on an article of clothing. They will also learn how to pin pants to prepare for hemming. Finally, they will learn how to hem pants. The hemming stitch or running stitch can be used to hem other articles of clothing. The topics that are covered in this class include threading a needle, sewing on a button, pinning pants to be hemmed, and hemming pants. This class is structured as a step-by-step demonstration. I will teach using a video demonstration of each skill. My teaching style is relaxed and focuses on positive growth of skills.
