Homework Offered
Students will be assigned homework which is to simply practice the stitch they learned in class each day until the following week's class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Students will need: (1) package of hand sewing needles (1) Spool of thread (1) fat quarter of fabric (1) piece of felt for the body of the cat (1) piece of felt in contrasting color for the mouth, ears, and paws of the cat (1) container of Thread Magic or Beeswax for hand sewing (OPTIONAL) All of these items can be purchased at a local craft store such as Walmart, Joanns, Hobby Lobby, or even Amazon.com
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental guidance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as students will be handling/working with sharp needles that can cause injury if used incorrectly.
