Class Experience

 Hi Friends,
In this class we will help Wonsongi figure out just how much money he has and if it's enough to buy everything that he wants. 
Students will be introduced to or reinforce prior knowledge of coin value (penny, nickel, dime and quarter), equivalent value (ten pennies equals one dime, two nickels equals one dime, etc.), more than and fewer than, money math vocabulary (buy, sell, spend, save, one cents, five cents, ten cents, twenty-five cents, penny, nickel, dime, quarter, price,...

Students will increase their understanding of simple money concepts of coin recognition and adding mixed coin amounts.

In classroom and attached to enrollment email.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
