Tutoring topics include: Middle School Level Math, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Statistics, Pre-Calculus & Calculus
Class time will be used to reinforce and/or enrich content understanding and problem solving/critical thinking skills.
Each student is expected to communicate to the teacher the area (topic) they want assistance with and/or provide the assignment/project they want assistance with. Discussion will be the primary form of interaction, however other forms of interaction such as like lecture, video and games are also possibilities. This tutoring class is designed to make subject matter comprehensible. Because of this, students will have a voice in what they wish their specific learning outcomes to be and the style in which information is communicated.
